“I am shocked at the way they treat their customers. I had arranged a collection with them and then on the day of collection they said I never had arranged a collection and hung up on me after I tried to get them to check their records. I called again and told them to check their records properly because they record their calls and then I gave my mobile number and through that they found my details. However they blamed me for providing incorrect post code but I told them that did not mean their driver should avoid calling me as they had promised he would call before coming to collect by arranging a suitable time on the day of collection. They hung up me again and I redialled and they promised to check with their driver and get back to me. They never got back to me so I rang again and they put me on to yet another person who refused to speak English and refused to let me speak to their manager and yet again they hung up on me. This is a terrible unprofessional business that plays with customer's emotions and are not to be relied upon. I would warn anyone wanting to deal with these people to be careful!!”

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback, can you please send your invoice number so we can investigate this issue further, failing to do so will mean that the feedback isn't genuine and is part of our competitor's campaign to sabotage our reputation.

“Used there service and I am very disappointed with them. My parcel should have been delivered on 22/9/17 and now we are on 29/917 and still not delivered it. Been promised many time in the last week that it will today tomorrow ect. The manager seems to never be there and the call handler seem's to fob you off. Very angry atm.....”

“I want to give o star because my parcel reached after 11 week and some goods were missing too which made me so disturb parcel cost 35£ and missing goods cost 20£ So bad not recommended this service ????????”

“Horrible service throughout,delayed pickup by a week only by a days notice then had two weeks delay in delivering goods. Some pieces of decorations have been delivered damaged. Have been emailing and calling for three weeks no one will respond or take responsibility. Very un professional and pathetic service! Will not recommend them at all!”

“Very slow service promise for 7 to 10 days but they take more than 25 days. Most important thing the bag was opened and things are missing very bad experience. I don't recomend this service.”

“Paid for air cargo for pakistan and its been a month now and its not been delivred. I have been ringing them every other day for past 2 weeks and they just it'll be delivred in 2 days. Worst service ever. I use to send my cargo with other cargo company and never had any problem. This time i made a hugh mistake and use this company. I won't recommend this company to anyone.”

“Never ever use their service ever again they sell fraudently the air cargo service and send it via ship service my air parcel has been with these lot for the fourth week and is still failing to be deivered absolutely apalled with the excuses being given every day!! Allow to use this company ever again oh and its not 0.99p per kilo for air cargo either!!!”

“Sent a package to mirpur 4 weeks ago and still hasn't got there. I was advised 7-10 days. Customer service is rubbish. Wished pay i paid £25 handling charge to anotjrr5 company who deliver within 10 days This company is a scam...rubbish.do not use!”

“I booked my cargo with Pakistan Cargo 4U by phone on a closed holiday: from London to Islamabad. They picked up the cargo from my doorstep in a few hours and saved me from great inconvenience of taxis, delivery vans and airports. The cargo reached destination safe and sound, though a little late but that's what is sea cargo about. I also changed the delivery address somewhere it was about to be delivered. Cargo arrived at new address. The TCS guys, a reliable cargo company in Pakistan, delivered the cargo at Islamabad. Pakistan Cargo 4U provided door-to-door service to me at low rate of £ 1 per kg, which is very competitive. I'm quite pleased with the service.”
