“Haircut by Elias was absolutely excellent - no complaints there. However, I wasn't offered a coffee or anything to drink by the receptionist whilst waiting. I obviously wouldn't normally care, but the bloke who entered right after me was offered one. Was it my age? Hence 4 stars, and not 5.”

“They squezed me in for a very fast but amazing haircut which I hadn't booked. They are very efficient and I always leave super satisfied. PS: Jess did my haircut and it was superb!”

“I've been having my hair cut at PMB for around 6 years on and off, both the Strand and Victoria branches. I'm almost always very happy with the cut and the service is impeccable, lovely staff and nice environment. In all that time I've probably had two or three cuts that werent so great, but still an excellent record overall!”

“I've been going to the Fitztovia branch for around 2 years. The haircuts are ALWAYS excellent. The staff are like a family. There is always an offer of a hot or cold drink. The only thing that makes it a 4 instead of 5 star rating is that the average wait time is around 10 minutes after your appointment time.”

“I'm a regular customer at Pall mall Bishopgate and always use the service of Alex. He is one of the few barber in town that is able to handle my hair. The cut is clean and service very professional. I highly recommend it”

“It was my first haircut in London, in the UK actually and I was more than satisfied! Everyone was very kind and attentive. I had booked an appointment with Adrian, I showed him a photo of me when I had a fresh haircut and he did an amazing job! I can't recoomend him enough — surely I'll be there next month.”

“Quick and efficient booking mechanism on their website, and similarly quick and no-fuss service once I got there. The barber was friendly, without being over-enthusiastic, and he gave me the cut I asked for. Also, more reasonably priced than a lot of other barbers in central London.”

“I was slightly disappointed with the cut here. The cut was not what I asked for at all so I was left with a haircut I wasn't happy with. On the upside, it was a good quality haircut. I wouldn't go again/recommend to friends since I felt the entire haircut was a sales pitch. I was being offered products constantly! Shampoo, shaving oils and hair products. It's fine to make it obvious you sell them, but it made Me feel a bit awkward.”
