“Very nice comfortable and cooler gloves than most. Although for the first several days after placing my order I didn’t see any progress in the status, the gloves ended up arriving a week after I placed the order, so once underway, shipping was fast.”

“I'm not very happy with PalmFlex. The gloves I ordered are back-ordered with no delivery yet in sight, but they charged my credit card for the order as soon as it was placed. That is not an acceptable business practice in my book. You shouldn't have to pay until your order is filled. In addition, the day after my order, my credit card information was used in an attempt to make a large fraudulent purchase from a foreign country. I use the card sparingly so I'm pretty sure PalmFlex was the source of the leak. I don't think I'll be ordering anything from them again.”

Unfortunately due to global supply chain challenges, sometimes we are not notified by our vendors that an item is on backorder until after an order is placed. “PalmFlex has great prices and great quality items and the free shipping is so important to us, especially now...we easily hit the $80 minimum purchase, so it helps us out a lot! Their website is very user-friendly, and if ever needed, their customer service is excellent! We appreciate Palm Flex's service for the past 10 years and they were a huge help getting us through the Covid mess in regards to these types of supplies...thank you for all you do! :)”

“I wasn't able to complete my purchase online - tried several times over 3 days. I had to call in my order and Jackie completed my order. I don't know if I will make another purchase from Palmflex because of the website. Customer service was excellent however!”
