I love shopping here. they have a large selection for my company's needs. Only thing i have an issue with is the shipping of multiple orders and taxed for each order. why does it not shipp all at once and charge one tax?

Hi Sean, thanks for your questions. Different manufacturers ship from different warehouses, which is why the order automatically splits per manufacturer. Since sales tax is percentage-based, the tax dollar amount is the same whether the order is split or not. Hope this helps and thank you for being a loyal customer! There were issues with checking out. All fields occupied and a statement that said by clicking order or submit, not sure which, but no tab to click. Took me three tries for it to work.

We're sorry you had difficulty using our site. On the shopping cart page, there is a trash can icon to the right of the product price. Clicking this will remove the item from your cart. We hope this helps!

I sure wish I had an expected delivery date on my newly placed order! I hate placing orders with no delivery date identified at checkout. What can I expect?

It’s way too complicated to find correct size. Just use the more common way to identify sizes by measuring around your palm. Also please include weather gloves are women’s or men’s sizes. I ended up guessing that the pink gloves are women’s and the cold weather ones are mens. I read the reviews of later ones to figure out they are worn by men. I keep my fingers crossed that they will fit. I printed out size chart but found it not very precise at all and not helpful

I wasn't able to complete my purchase online - tried several times over 3 days. I had to call in my order and Jackie completed my order. I don't know if I will make another purchase from Palmflex because of the website. Customer service was excellent however!

a pop-up window gave me a discount code with my email. However, when I entered it, I was told it was invalid and to check the spelling. Super annoying

I am disappointed with the fact that I have to wait so long to get my order. I am glad I was notified it will take awhile to be shipped even though it was 10 days after my check was cashed.

We apologize for the delay. We were only notified ourselves by our vendor 10 days after the order, the same day we contacted you. Otherwise, we would have absolutely contacted you sooner. Majestic is still recovering from a server crash, hence the backlog and delays. We're hopeful they will be fully caught up in the next several weeks. haven't received the gloves yet so can't be complete in my review but when I called on the phone, the woman was pleasant. just didn't make sense that I couldn't place an order right while on the phone with her, I had to get off and place one online,
