Gloves are too large. Have purchased this same size in past didn't have a problem. I now have 2 dozen gloves that don't fit. Even followed sizing chart. Will return if at all possible. We shall see if the return process is easy and whether I will have to pay to return them.

Part of the order was delayed, and I was sent someone else's order of 3/8's nylon rope. The rest of my shipment arrived eventually. They have asked me to return the rope but have not sent shipping labels or an rma number. And honestly, a coupon or discount for any future purchases would be appreciated for my time.

I don't like the way I was treated when I called to place an order. I ended up placing the order online. I found another company and after 7 years will be moving to them for next time.

Would like if it showed if an item is in stock or not or we would get notice of shipping time, lead time, or if it is out of stock and back-ordered. Also, think we should be able to get a bulk order discount and still be able to use the coupon code you send.

I'm not very happy with PalmFlex. The gloves I ordered are back-ordered with no delivery yet in sight, but they charged my credit card for the order as soon as it was placed. That is not an acceptable business practice in my book. You shouldn't have to pay until your order is filled. In addition, the day after my order, my credit card information was used in an attempt to make a large fraudulent purchase from a foreign country. I use the card sparingly so I'm pretty sure PalmFlex was the source of the leak. I don't think I'll be ordering anything from them again.

Unfortunately due to global supply chain challenges, sometimes we are not notified by our vendors that an item is on backorder until after an order is placed.
