Sorry but the gloves I ordered in large seem to be medium’s and don’t fit well at all Not sure what the next step is but they are definitely not the right size

Shipping for gloves is outrageous. PalmFlex charges shipping costs for each brand of glove ordered separately, if that glove brand has to come from another manufacturer. I had a much larger order, but decided to purchase the other items I needed from other sources because each item in my cart had a $30 shipping charge.

Thank you for your feedback. We offer free shipping over $80 storewide regardless of how many brands you select, however this offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, as our website states. Since you live in Alaska and our manufacturers ship from different warehouses, unfortunately each brand would have its own shipping cost in your case. Our customer service team would be happy to assist you with finding gloves under one brand to lower your shipping costs. We hope this information is helpful!

I entered a promo code and was discounted the 10 percent. The order was processed. Then i get a email saying the prmo code was for $200 and my order is going to be canceled. I shouldn't be able to enter the code and it be processed if it isnt allowed. I didn't see anything saying a minimum of $200. I'll shop somewhere else

Hi Kyle, the coupon was shared exclusively through our email newsletter. The subject line said "Take 10% off orders $200+", and it was repeated again in the body of the email. It doesn't appear that you are one of our subscribers, so it's unclear how you acquired the coupon in the first place. In any event, the minimum was clearly stated in the email. We hope this clears things up.

I've asked for an invoice for credit card charges multiple times, and have not received a response.

They emailed me 10 days after purchase to told they're out of stock, of course I had a refund but I cannot afford the fact they took more than a week to let me know I won't have my order delivered.

YOUR COMPUTERS NEED UPGRADING. MY SISTER USES HER P O BOX INSTEAD OF OUR PHYSICAL. THE COMPUTER WOULD NOT TAKE HER CREDIT CARD DUE TO THE ADDRESS WAS DIFFERENT. ON THE WEB IT WANTS A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. SO THIS SHOULD BE CHANGED. IF SOMEONE WANTS TO USE A POST OFFICE BOX THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO. THERE HAS BEEN MAIL THEFT IN OUR COMMUNITY THATS WHY SHE USES A PO BOX

Thank you for your feedback. We drop ship and our vendors won't ship to a PO Box, so unfortunately it is out of our control. This is why we only ship to physical addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
