“Although I was online with my order, I had questions about the special sizes XS and XL . I needed these sizes as well as the other S, M and L gloves in my order. When I left a message to speak to someone, a response came in jiust a few minutes. Questions answered and she helped me place the order easily on the phone. All done with patience and a friendly, helpful assist.”

“Happy with the overall function of the vest and lights. Only concern is the battery pack location. While wearing the vest it hits near where the wearer is up against the Shopping Carts. So concerned for it holding up in use, battery safety and integrity.”
