“The overall process of getting applying for PAN card was explained very clearly since the start. Very prompt in responses throughout the entire process if I had any questions and finally received my PAN card without any errors. I would highly recommend PanCardNri.com services.”

“Efficient service, with prompt and professional follow-up. Slight delay as we, as customers, had to be the one to clarify the accuracy of the address, as the postal code given in the original address was incorrect. I.e., if we had assumed the first address and sent it there, without validating first, the postal code would have been wrong. Would be good if the customer service rep could ensure the accuracy of the address from the beginning. Thanks!”

“Initially I was hesitant to pay the full amount as I live abroad but took a chance. Response at every stage from Prachi was immediate. Also duplicate Pan processing was delayed for more documents. Prachi followed it with them and got it done. Thanks for your service.”

“As NRI's with no local address in India, we were lost in all the new regulations and requirements. That's when PanCardNri.com came to our help. They are very honest, prompt and help you through the process. We got three PAN cards through them, and we got them mailed to our address overseas. Special kudos to Ms. Prachi Gupta who was with us through every step of the way. Thank you. (Special note: I accidentally paid them twice and within minutes they refunded the excess money - so you can be sure you are dealing with a reputable firm).”
