“I love Papergang! I love the excitement of getting the box through the post and opening it is like having a present every month. I used to store all the stationery goodies to save them for 'best'. But I've realised that every day should be a 'best' day so now I use them all the time. They bring a smile to my face when I do. And subscribing means I don't miss out on my favourite artists, while being introduced to new artists I might not otherwise discover.”

“Poor customer service, no attempt to resolve any query or complaint - just fobbed off with pathetic excuses. The quality and range of products are poor, out of the last two of my three box subscription half of the products have been binned as being pointless or of no use. A total waste of money! Can get a better range of self selected stationary which is of use from Rymans!”

We can see there has been communication directly with our customer service team, where you did express your disappointment in the content which was included and we were extremely saddened to hear this. We understand that not all the products included are going to be to everyone’s individual taste or even things which you would normally look to purchase yourself; the creative team however do work extremely hard to ensure each month has as much variety as possible for our subscribers, some have been with us from the very start of launching. Our returns policy was emailed over so you were able to return the box for a refund, we do however not cover the postage which is paid to return this to our warehouse. “I love receiving my monthly goodness of stationary from papergang. The themes are fresh and different each month along with a variety of either pens/pencils, stickers, notebooks and more. My washi collection is forever growing!”

“I subscribe to Papergang because basically it's a monthly bundle of colour and joy and it makes me happy, not just when opening it, but also throughout the month. Each month's box is different - different content, colour themes, and illustrators and all of them are beautifully designed and well-thought out to work as an cohesively designed package. The stationery comes neatly wrapped in coloured tissue paper, inside a slim cardboard box inside a cardboard sleeve patterned in the design of the month - the stationery inside also coming in that month's theme. My house now has original designs from illustrators like weekly planning sheets, pens, pencils, notebooks of different varieties, badges, rulers, coasters and from one month, a gorgeous poster and I keep the sleeves they come in too, hoping to use them for a collage or mounting or something - they are too gorgeous to think of putting into the recycling. I also really enjoy following Papergang on instagram where they highlight the work of and support illustrators and designers like Gemma Correll, @rubyetc. It's all just gorgeous and anyone who enjoys stationery, colour and fun will love it, for themselves or as a present. I would stop buying coffees or budget in other ways to try and keep affording it as it's a bit of a mental health support too. I've never written such a long review of anything before - I just love it!”

“I’ve absolutely adored stationery since I was a little girl and one of my favourite time of the month is when the papergang box arrives on my door mat. The designs are fabulous abd the quality if notebooks/notepads are amazing!!! They make incredible gifts and I love the fact that I’m supporting a British company and British designers.”

“So much creativity goes into each box. Amongst the bills and junk mail etc coming through the letterbox each month it’s great as a stationary lover to receive my papergang box in the post. :-)”

“I love these boxes: they are little bundles of joy popping through my letterbox every month, and a nice little present to myself when I'm feeling blue. They are full of different styles and types of stationery, some of which I wouldn't normally buy but I end up loving! I can't recommend it enough.”

“I look forward to receiving my Papergang! Having had a lot of previous beauty subscription boxes I decided to branch out into stationery. I loved it so much I also gift it to my friend and she loves it too! And the fact that it fits through the door so no long waits at the post office makes it even better. Have never been disappointed with a box yet!!”

“Receiving my Papergang box is one of the highlights of my month. I do wish there'd be a little more versatility in the product types themselves (I love getting the cards and notebooks, but really don't need anymore pencils or the desk pads, even though they're gorgeous). Overall, it's an awesome subscription box that I've recommended to just about everyone I know.”
