“I love bamboo bedding. It is very soft and silky to the touch. I have purchased Paragon Bamboo, several times and find their products and service very good. The only complaint is the quality of the zips which I always have to have replaced.”

“The fabric of the sheets and duvet cover is beautifully soft and silky to sleep between - absolutely love it! But I feel there is a lack of attention to detail. The flat sheet doesn’t have an attractively finished wide edge. If used as a top sheet without a duvet during this hot summer it’s good to have a neat edge to fold over when the bed is made. Also the “return” on the pillow slips is not wide enough and gapes rather than retaining the pillow! Possibly neither would be important to the majority, but a wee bit irritating to me!”

“These facecloths are lovely quality and a generous size. However, after first use, I noticed a couple of tiny cuts on my fingers, like little paper cuts. On investigation, I found the woven labels had very sharp edges as did the stitching. Once these were cut off, all ok. Could be dangerous for babies.”

“The material is luxurious and extremely comfortable. Certainly good value for money. The only quibble is minor. The fitted sheet tends to move but good be cured by having elastic corner straps fitted.”

“Absolutely fantastic duvet cover, fast delivery and lovely customer service. The only issue was it not being provided with pillow cases, my own fault for not reading the product description properly; but I have always found that duvet covers come as a a set with pillow cases.”

“The towels themselves are very nice and I appreciate that the company makes it possible to make an ethical purchase of this kind. One thing I was not sure about was the use of (apparently) plastic tape on the cardboard box in which the towels were supplied. This runs contrary to the environmental credentials claimed by Paragon. I would like to see an alternative found - unless the tape is not plastic which was not made clear.”
