“Pros: Comes beautifully packaged. luxurious and silky soft, wonderful to sleep in, zip closure. Cons: (Minor) Internal flaps of the pillowcases are a little short, often revealing the pillow inside. (Major) Price. They are lovely, can't decide if they are worth the extra outlay over regular bedding, though.”

“Order came quickly and colour was exactly as on screen. I really wanted a superking bedspread rather than the duvet cover that arrived but I liked it so much I kept it anyway. Lovely soft but light material and well made.”

“Love the quilt cover and pillowcases for our King size bed fits perfectly. We ordered the pink and it's a perfect match with our bedroom colouring. I love the feel of the material, they make it a very comfortable sleep maybe a bit too comfortable as I don't want to get up in the morning. Seems to help with hot flushes too which is a bonus. I also ordered two fitted sheets for our King size beds one in pink & one in white. Am disappointed they are not a great fit. I measured the depth/width/length and the size of the fitted king sheet should have fitted perfectly but they are too big and don't look very nice. Maybe I should have ordered the double size for the fitted sheet.”

“Product lovely, but not happy with the change of payment method. I didn't have just the option of Paypal or Clearpay when I last ordered, and I don't use either. However, as I had no choice, I ticked Clearpay and now find I am signed up for an account I don't want, despite stopping at entering the OTP after a Fraud warning from my bank! Perhaps you could tell me how I can cancel it. In the meantime, I have cancelled the order. Sue Cottam”

“The quality of the bedding I bought from Paragon is, as has been previously, excellent. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 was that I ordered sheets, pillowcases in one colour and a duvet in another. They arrived all matching which I suppose is the logical order. The quality of the bedding surpasses the fact that the colours match so was not so important that I needed to return it.”

“The Paragon company did everything to see the order went well with delivery I give them full marks for that. The Bamboo sheets were satisfactory but not as soft as the ones I bought in America. Paragon ones were more satin and more slippery. Value for money though and overall I would buy again as I searched to try and find in this country the make I had bought in USA.”

“Very pleased with my bamboo towels. They are very soft and absorbent. But the photo of the teal colour is misleading - I like the colour but it is much darker than it appears in the photo. And I have no idea why they say don't tumble dry hot - mine were fine. I also ironed the sheets against instructions, and they were fine too.”
