“I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas, when it arrived I realised that I had wrongly ordered the image of her dog to be placed in the centre. I actually wanted it on the side. With only days until Christmas I called and talked to Sophia who reassured me she would do her best to get it to me on time and so I ordered again. The next morning I had a message to tell me it was in the post. I received the hoodie the following day. It was just want I wanted. The image was perfect.”

“Have yet to use but fabric colour swatches helped us greatly before purchase of king duvet cover. Zip is hidden but is matching in colour. Quality appears good. Quick delivery.”

“Once again amazing service and products!! I love my sheets, towels and hair turban and my granddaughter will love it also (as it's part of her Christmas present!) The hair turbans are a must for long hair as it quickly removes all excess moisture!!! Thank you”

“Arrived fast, however the produce did not meet the standard described. The sheet does not fit my double bed and the elastic will not hold it in place. As a result I have had several uncomfortable and sweaty nights sleep. After trying to reach out to customer support, they have no offered a solution. The pillow and duvet cases are fine. Not tried my towels as I am trying to get everything refunded.”

“Watch out for the 6 month guarantee. Our bedding came apart after 7 month and they weren’t interested. Bamboo material is very soft and comfortable but it has no shape. It is very absorbent but takes forever to dry. Buyers beware”

“Received quickly and well wrapped. The fitted sheet is lovely and soft and comfortable to sleep on, The towels are supper soft not used yet as a gift for Christmas.”
