“Bought a duvet and towel from this site. Both are of terrible quality. The filler climbs out of the duvet even through the duvet cover. By itself, the blanket creaks, the sound is like walking on snow. It's annoying. Later came the towels, terrible quality. From all four towels of different colors, the pile comes out. After washing, nothing has changed, it only got worse. I have been using bamboo towels bought from another country for 10 years now and have never seen anything like it. The store refuses to return the money. I do not recommend anything from this store.”

Hi Sergei We are sorry to hear this, i have checked and your review is not entirely true. As we can see from the email trail you were offered the chance to return the towels to be checked and a refund would then be issued. As is standard practice with all retail companies the defected items have to be returned and checked before a refund is given which you were not prepared to do. Best regards Paragon

“Paragon Bamboo sell the best bedding ever. I won't sleep on anything else but their Bamboo sheets and pillow cases. I also have their towels and a dressing gown which are lovely. The order process is simple and delivery so quick.”

“Very helpful service from start to finish. Staff very helpful when the colour of the bedding I wanted to order was out of stock. Called me and advised when the new stock would be available on line. Delivery was as scheduled. Product lovely. I will continue to use this company and thoroughly recommend them”

“Ordered a bed set for my son as he's developed acne on his back. I felt that the synthetic 'teddy bear' duvet set was probably not helping and the bamboo is anti-bacterial so thought I'd give it a go. Delivered quickley and so impressed with how silky soft the bedding is. After just a few days on the bed, my son's back is showing improvement - less red and angry. His face also seems less spotty. Fingers crossed as it's early days. I'm going to buy another set for myself as it is just so soft!”

“We purchased a new bed which was larger than our previous one, so we needed new everything. I did some research and decided Bamboo was the best option for us as we're both allergy & Asthma sufferers. I was not disappointed! Everything arrived very quickly, and was packaged in beautifully embroidered and zipped bamboo bags. Everything is amazing quality, the colours are perfect and it all feels so soft, silky & luxurious. Both of us are sleeping noticeably better, we're more comfortable and our allergies really do seem to have improved, which is something I was skeptical about. I would highly recommend any bedding from here, we both love everything, thank you so much”

“I bought the summer weight duvet, even though our Spring nights are still pretty chilly in April, but it is plenty warm enough. And to go with it the cover, fitted sheet and flat sheet, so lovely, soft and silky. Really happy with my purchase, and delivery was fast. A way of fixing the duvet corners to the inside corners of the cover would be a big help ... just an idea!”

“I bought this set as I have bad ezcema. It made it worse and the fibres make for an uncomfortable sleep. Don't buy it you have chronic skin condition will make it worse”

Hi Melissa I am very sorry to hear this, we have not heard of this happening before with our sheets. We have sold hundreds and have even been praised in a magazine to help suffers with eczema, I have attached some reviews from reviews.io from people with eczema so I am not sure why this has happened to you. The temperature regulating aspect of these sheets, though, breaks that circle and I’m sleeping better than I have for years. “Great customer service and communication when items ordered were out of stock. I love the Bamboo products, I have 4 sets of towels, a duvet, bottom sheet and pillows! I wasn't sure about the towels or duvet at first, because they felt so thin. However, I now prefer them! The towels dry really well and are lovely and soft on the skin. The duvet tucks itself around the body and feels pleasantly weighty in comparison to my previous duvets. My pillows always go flat, I have tried and somehow trashed so many in the past. These have stayed lofty, soft and comfortable. My wish would be for some lovely botanical printed duvet sets to be added to the range in the future please!”
