Parcel was supposed to be here yesterday 16/9/25 still hasn't arrived. Parcel was a timed morning delivery. What complete waste of time this company is. Personally I would never use Parcelforce they are rubbish.

The reason for having the ability to track an item is to help receive delivery. On several occasions its turned up before the tracking says its out for delivery, which had required a delayed delivery as no one was home to receive it 😢

if it doesn't, the tracking number means nothing !!!!! Use Parcel to Go and find a small Independant delivery company if you want piece of mind.
