Very poor service. I ordered stuff from Tkmaxx and no contact from this transport company till the day of delivery which of course I wasn't AT home as I DID NOT RECEIEVE ANYTHING till an hour before delivery. Avoid. There is no email to the company or anything!

Whenever they feel like they cba to pull up, they will fake an attempted delivery and update the tracking to "delivery attempted but noone at home".

Parcel force is worse than Evri/ Hermes or any other parcel delivery unit. Paid for 24 hour tracking it is now 48 hours since it left our local post office and is still not been delivered. Whats the point ?
