Our parcel arrived at the local depot for delivery on the 9 April. It went out for delivery in the 10 April . Finally delivered on the 10 May! Shocking service and yes we paid extra postage for express delivery. What a joke!

I took special time off work to pick up an important parcel, the parcel never arrived. Despite this, they tell me that the parcel was delivered but they have no pictures of the delivery. Never again.

Sent two small parcels to Spain, both containing a house key, urgently needed. Both sent by Global priority, total cost over £60. One awaiting delivery, 4 days after promised delivery date. The other has currently spent 5 days in the UK being “prepared for export”. In both cases the paperwork (thanks Brexit) was prepared by Post Office staff. A useless and expensive service.
