It I could give 0 I would. Tried to buy Gisada at a very cheap price but my bank alerted me that this could be fraud. I tried ringing their number but with no joy.

Very happy with there perfumes I have ordered several times and always had a positive experience my latest purchase arrived today by Royal Mail it was 7 days from ordering to delivery. I will always use this site nothing at all negative to say ..

Considering how much I’m paying for shipping i’d expect my delivery to be here quicker. I also brought some mini perfumes. They give you 1-3 free samples. I received 1 If I purchase perfume I’d expect free samples of perfume however I got foundation. What if it didn’t match my skin tone ? What am I meant to do with it ?

*BEWARE* Company based in Germany, so if you need to return either perfume or aftershave from the UK for a refund you have no chance! These are Prohibited items now to ship internationally from the UK using Parcel Force (which is the prepaid returns form they provided).

I asked for a refund a few weeks ago on an unopened item & customer services said I could have one once they had received the return.

Half items missing from parcel. Slow customer service. Really complicated form to fill in at my end to make a claim. Refused to refund shipping costs or send replacement items. I definitely won't be buying from them again!
