“The part I wanted was in stock and I collected it within 30 mins of ordering it. No where else had it for same day collection, only next day. Easy and simple. And a great price too!”

“Pity the Chatham branch has gone as it was just a five minute walk from me. However, the Strood branch staff were just as friendly and welcoming. All parts available and a no quibble swap after getting a wrong filter type. And that MID50 discount, you won’t get that at Halfords. Brilliant! And so I shall be back next time I need quality parts. Thank y’all.”

“Wrong oil filter delivered for a second time. Correct oil, but made the job difficult as they were closed Saturday afternoon. Resulted in having to purchase the correct filter from Halfords.”
