Ordered some brembo front discs and pads, the discs it turns out where wrong. A very close fitment, but wrong. They fit on and seemed to line up but once i got going down the road it became clear they where grinding unable to refit the old discs and forced to get a grinder out and modify at the side of the road.

I typed my registration number in to find the right parts for my car. I trusted this to be true. Yet I got a phone call from my mechanic telling me every part was wrong ! Had to pay a huge bill. Never trust their website. Incorrect information. Terrible. The refund process seems to take too long so now I have useless parts I don’t need

Very poor customer service from Hayes. Middlesex. I was told they didn't deliver (but they do) I was told to go to click and collect as my order was ready and waiting only to arrive and find that my order is out on delivery. The man I spoke with on the phone obviously has problems that need addressing.

The parts recommended by the website where incorrect for my car. When speaking with a customer service representative was explained to me despite using my license place this was all my fault for purchasing the wrong part.

Initial help on phone brill. But then. Not only did you leave me with 2 dud batteries to dispose of. Which I did. But the refund was £10.00 short. And you inundated me with sale emails for things that I didn't need

Service was great. Now being bombarded with advert emails from them, even after I unsubscribed. Go to the store don't order on line!

I ordered a more expensive fuel filter. On collection I was given the cheaper model but didn’t realise until I got home. Realising their mistake I called to ask for a refund. The difference was only £5 but it’s the principle. Staff didn’t have access to the online shop and so didn’t understand their mistake. They offered a refund but I had to travel all the way back to collect in person. I expect them to refund over the phone like any other normal business. I’ve kept the cheaper filter, I’m £5 out of pocket and will never shop with them again. Appalling customer service. AVOID!!

The Garage I used got the part £75 Cheaper so I took my purchase back for a refund

The parts you sent me did not fit my car and then it was impossible to speak to anyone on the phone as all your calls are diverted to an automated message asking to call back later. I used to use Blackburn brakes a lot but now you have taken over their online orders I will find a better parts suppliers. Blackburn brakes used to be great and the prices were very good, now its a rip off and the service is poor

Parts turned up 6 days after ordering ordered on a wed turns up the following tues should have been 2-3 even tho there was local stock. customer services good a useless with anything after various emails. I generally order many parts a month from various suppliers and use sc motor factors once every now and then and every time its a disappoint with there service this will be the last time. My advice buy elsewhere

hello i ordered left side mirror for Peugeot boxer from your company. but you sent me a right side mirror. I sent that mirror back to you, but the mirror I ordered has not arrived yet. I am not satisfied with this at all. I would be glad if you go to this problem as soon as possible

Have not received our order yet, have been waiting 7 days for it to arrive. Have tried to contact but no one answered on the first number, second number I rang wasn’t even for this company it was for a training company that has no connection to this company. I have since emailed twice aswell. Obviously if this issue is resolved and the item we have ordered arrives and works efficiently then I will change my review but for now I would not recommend.

Ordered a car battery from them by filling in their online required car details, they then sent me the wrong battery took 5 days of giving them the make of car my original battery dimensions and 3 photos only to asked for the same questions 3 times. They then said I had to send the battery back at my expense. Only when I complained that I could no not get anybody to dispatch the battery with did they come back to me and offer collection. by this time I had found a local dealer who exchanged it for me.

Ordered on line realised had made a mistake emailed 5 minutes after order placed to cancel was informed could not cancel order once ordered part came cost me £5.50 to return and still waiting for refund would I use this firm again (never )

Asked for new battery for Peugeot 308 and got one half size of needed. No wonder half price.
