Never again. I purchased item online, when I come pick up from Slough branch and I was only one person waiting by the door. There was 3 people working inside I nock to the door and nobody react. Spending by the door 30 min and guy told me to wait. No more. Thank you so much

Order a set of front shocks next day delivery and a set of top mounts. Mounts arrived next day but no sign of shocks. Called they said it was being dealt with a week later and still never received anything had to seek a refund for shocks and still waiting for refund on next day as due to not receiving all my order.

Wrong part though I put the car reg in and it showed the right car. Part didn't fit at all had to buy another one from somewhere else....

Absolutely shocking service. Original delivery box damaged and part order missing after contacting was assured missing parts would be delivered still not! Emails ignored and still no parts. Ordered elsewhere and no recommendations from me

I ordered a catalyst for a Subaru on the phone to make sure it was correct came through the wrong part phoned again was told I had to go to Subaru direct as they are a main dealer part only .I had to pay nearly £18 to return a part they mucked up .Our garage will never se this company again never

I have ordered car battery .estimated delivery was on Friday. Today is Saturday evening and battery didn't come yet.If I knew that long take to order from u I would never ordered from u .

They sent the wrong wiper, and were then argumentative, unclear and unhelpful in helping me with the right one. In the end I simply asked to my money back & went to a competitor

Hi When my battery turned up at the door I took the parcel in only to find that battery acid had leaked all over the containing bag and onto the cardboard of the box. Albeit dilute acid I still found it burnt my skin and created an immediate hazard I had to deal with. I put it to one side of the prch to return to work only to find my daughter threw her coat on the box when she came home from school, not knowing what it was. I subsequently put the box and battery into the back of my old landrover until I could come up with a solution. I rang you guys and you promised collection but I had no real safe way to seal the box up again which was also hassle. The courier never turned up when promised and I had to ring you again to order another courier. All the while this was happening I had a car still off the road and the worry of the battery leaking in the back. Your guy on the phone said UPS were the only carriers allowed to deliver hazardous items - yet the box is not marked as such and the UPS guys are chucking them around in their vans... not a great service and I'm still waiting for a refund... ijknight@live.com GU1 2HN
