Item arrived in differend brand what ordered. Shame. Package was totally smashed. No secure pads, bubble foil, polistyring, at all. No customer care. Placed issue with no responds... Do not recommended this service.

Battery purchased for Mazda MX5 Mk 1 Having given vehicle registration no was given list of suitable batteries & I- chose a Yuasa YBX3000 costing £45.17. Battery arrived promptly but when I came to fit it it was too wide. The battery was fitted with a skirt & as I had arranged to go on a trip on Sunday was desperate to fit it. I therefore attempted to remove the skirt which I did successfully I one side but not the other. Therefore I have both lost money & a considerable amount of time & was unable to go on the aforementioned trip. I cannot comment on the ability of the battery but am very upset about receiving one that did not fit despite being advised it would.

Very poor service poor packaging leak all revive turbo cleaner bottle 250 ml wasted. I contacted to customer service but not helpful. I spend nearly £50 with happy this product. But End of the day received poor service. I will never recommended to anyone.

Requested next day delivery, received an email later in the day stating that there were problems (Thursday). Assumed items would arrive next day as speciafied in their email. Nothing came. Called them on Monday, advised it was with DPD driver out for delivery between 11:56 and 12:56. It's now 15:04 - no package. Had to go to Halfords over the weekend - much better service. Would never bother with this company again. All I wanted was an ignition coil and some spark plugs - not a big ask. I was willing to pay the £12.95 next day delivery (which is steep) - they can't even manage that. To then wait and wait is pretty shambolic. No follow on calls or emails to update me - clearly they have enough business to not care about potential customers.

Order the part number paid extra £10 for delivery and showed up 5 days later so had to go without a vehicle for 3 days. Don't advertise delivery that you cannot keep your word to

Shocking service, tried to sell me used second hand goods as new items, the sales guy tried his best to sort the problem out and was very good, but when the new item arrived the box was still very tatty.

Put my registration number in the box as requested and brought up my car. Then followed the links to choose the product for my car, make and model. As listed I ordered the part, it arrived and was not the correct product. Rang the telephone number on the order and was told I had ordered the wrong product. He then told me if you want to order then this is the correct part, why would I buy from you once when you clearly ripped me off the first time. This company will be reported to my credit card company and also to paypal. Its not the money its the principal, I am wrong - - - - well sorry I was not wrong I followed the instructions. I my eyes this is blatant rip off !

Wrong item delivered, no apology, unable to contact anybody . Ended up lodging a dispute with PayPal . Finally received communication via PayPal. Now waiting for correct item., so we'll see how this goes.offered 5% discount for first order, but email never arrived.

Ordered brake parts for a 51 plate fiesta and a rear wper. Both parts were wrong. Couldnt be botherd sending parts back as needed to do the job on the day. Had to rely on local Atuto shop to give me the Wright parts. Not much difference in price.

I purchased two brake discs for my VW Polo, having entered my registration to ensure the parts would fit. On trying to fit them, it quickly became apparent that the parts were far too small for my model of Polo. I await contact from your customer service team to provide refund and return details.
