“Bought wipers for next day collection for 3 cars by reg number I.d. Honda CRV and Kia Picanto fitted and no problems. Toyota 65 plate Yaris front wiper was the wrong type. Very helpful customer service when I returned and the right part found and fitted. A slight murmer of the heart on return as the printed invoice/receipt I was originally given on purchase was for another customer's order of a fuel pump! Fortunately I had printed the basket from the online order and no questions were asked.”

“Pity the Chatham branch has gone as it was just a five minute walk from me. However, the Strood branch staff were just as friendly and welcoming. All parts available and a no quibble swap after getting a wrong filter type. And that MID50 discount, you won’t get that at Halfords. Brilliant! And so I shall be back next time I need quality parts. Thank y’all.”

“Quick, easy to order, just one niggle, when ordering via the website , it only showed One Manufacturers make, but when picking up from the motor factors , their where various other makes (Probably cheaper options) available. The discount code made the purchase a bit more affordable, but the other Manufacturers should be able to be shown.”

“I was rather amazed that the goods I ordered arrived in less the twenty four hours after I ordered them. Well done for that. Since I have not bought spark plugs for a few years to change them my self I was quite confused that the price of them before the discount was applied, that I mistook that the price was for only one not for four which is what I needed. I think this should be made clear that one is for one spark plug not one for a set of four spark plugs. I did get it solved by buying three more from one of their outlets in the town where I live, the next day, So all is well that ends well.”

“Rear Bosch Windscreen wiper was excellent Front Bosch Windscreen wiper was really awful trying to fit and would not lock properly, my friend had to come round to do it for me and use a pair of pliers!”

“Found the parts I needed for good prices, and picked up within 24h locally. The only thing stopping me leaving a 5* review is the constant email harassment afterwards!!!!!! I already bought what I needed, I don't need minimum one email per sodding day asking if I need help completing my purchase for parts I was looking at for a future possibility.......”
