The wrong part was sent although your computer says it is correct my mechanic disagrees. You have politely agreed to a re-fund for the part but not the postage. I am therefore disappointed.

Wrong oil filter delivered for a second time. Correct oil, but made the job difficult as they were closed Saturday afternoon. Resulted in having to purchase the correct filter from Halfords.

Product & price were ok however items were not ready for collection & the collection location did not let me know so I had a wasted visit.

after checking part was right for my car ordered it stripped car down part didnt fit. put car back together web site was wrong part, got new part [try that} hard work doing it twice

Iv preorder heater resistant for my audi a3 under reserve which held for me. It only took me 12mins to get to southport Once I was there guy said to me 5min ago hes just sold last heater resistant to guy who just order it while i was there waiting for my parts So if losted out on the parts and iv also wasted my time and fuel. So I didn't bother going back there again.

I was trying to place a large order of parts but the website was very slow at responding, also not all the parts I required were available online and only available to collect, which meant I would need to make trips out to a motor factors, I would much prefer to have everything delivered to my door, also the only online payment type is PayPal which I don't use, so I placed my order (over£300) with Euro car parts instead

Totally confused by website. Orddered two items by click collect, went to local store, said they didn’t recognise part number and don’t look at the website themselves!

I ordered some service car parts and it was delivered the next day which was great. Unfortunately I made a mistake of ordering for one spark plug instead of four. I went on their website to order for the other three plugs but the price has gone up from £18.96 to £22.75. All within 48 hours!!!! I called their customer service to enquire why the price of the plug has suddenly gone up by whooping 20% while their website is still claiming 50% discount. Instead of their staff to explain the reason to me, he became very rude and obnoxious. His attitude was that he does not care about their customer or their business which is a shame. This is because my belief is that we need to patronise small to medium business like theirs instead of giant like Amazon or Europarts. This is to enable their business to grow and encourage competition. Good business should not just be about selling goods; it should also include good customer service which is missing in their service. Due to this I do not think that I will buy from them again.
