“Waited for the parts we ordered. Sent the wrong ones! Told us they would send new ones out, and swap the parts over. Still waiting, as apparently the courier took them back without delivering them. Excuses if you ask me!! So still waiting for my parts!!”

“at this stage I am still waiting for a replacement as the goods were damaged on receipt Happy to write a new review when issue has been resolved.”

“Ordered wiper blades one came without the adapter and was in a previously opened box. They promptly sent a replacement wit guess what no adapter. So now I have lots of wiper blades with no way to fit them to my car”

“placed all details I could of my sons car make ,number and model etc ,your system did not come up with exact part , so I received wrong parts. Not realised parts were from Ces which have a local branch ,so I lost money on sending parts back and acquired parts from local Ces”

“I ordered Loctite 5910 as advertised on your web site. You sent me Loctite 5980 a quite different product. When I rang you, I was advised that you no longer stock 5910 even though it remains on your web site.”
