Bought some antifreeze. Wanted 5L bottle but selected wrong tab and got 2L bottle at excessive price. The three tabs were labeled 1L, no label, 10L and as I assumed second tab was 5L I ended up with wrong one. All the tabs should be labelled.

You advertise Saturday delivery but don't do it what's that all about when I needed the battery on the Saturday to get to work on the Monday

First item had no adapters. Kindly sent new one but none of the adapters was the right one despite me ordering correctly.

The web site and the quick despatch were excellent, unfortunately the delivery needs vast improvement. At the third attempt the delivery person found the address which is one of 9 buildings in a 100m length of road. We have been receiving deliveries for 25 years at this address and never had this problem before. The package had obviously had rough treatment and split open at some stage as all the packaging of the internal components were damaged. Contents must have spilt into the van and were then trodden over, but miraculously the goods appear to be OK. Delivery driver needs to go to Specsavers!!!! Am very disappointed at my first delivery from you.

First the box had been transported upside down and part of acid had leaked out of battery. Second there was no carrying handle; it was missing from battery. Third; I sent them reclamation next day and so far they have not responded :( So...overall result is so far POOR.

Paid extra for Saturday delivery and did not arrive until Monday. I could have had free delivery option if I wanted it delivered on Monday!

The battery sold to me was described on their e-bay store as being suuitable for my car. having the small Japanese posts I expected the battery to be a little smaller than the 20 kg monster that I received. When I phoned to get a return note they mentioned that "No that won't fit". Change your website maybe! Returns are at the cost of the buyer which UPS quoted £50 for, which mean's I'd be out that and get £20 back. Guess who's going to keep the battery.

Ordered rear discs for citroen ds3 plus appropriate pads.The pads accompanying the discs were for Honda/rover. Surely alarm bells should have rung as it would have been obvious that new discs were not going to be used with old pads.

My new exhuast system never arrived on time leaving ne without being able to use my car to get to work over the weekend.Product is still yet to arrive.

All was well but the exhaust clamps I received were not the ones I ordered. And the fitting kit (for the front of the exhaust) were good but one bolt snapped in half.

I haven't received the item I purchased? I was initially given one date for delivery which was then changed to the 20th May 2016 but as yet it has not arrived. Nor have I been given any explanation for the delay or when it will arrive.

Supplied incorrect part and only part of order, emailed to enquire no reply after 3 days so rang up and was told that correct part and rest of order would be shipped in a further two days. So took nearly two weeks to supply parts.

I have just bought a tool which does not work , rather than offering to replace it with another, apparently it needs to be sent away to be tested. I understand that its not down to them but they are the vender of the item and are responsible for the sales of goods act .

I liked the 20% discount and the rapid delivery but was dismayed to find both tubs of grease damaged inside with the contents splilled out, The courier had obviously handled them very roughly despite labelling themselves 'responsible delivery'
