I am happy with the quick delivery. But the car battery was upside down in the box. While this is not a fault of PFAC. They must make sure the driver takes care ..

Useful motor factors for a limited range. Signage for collection at High Wycombe is appalling (should say go to the rear and then what to do) but price offering and service are recovering. Delphi brake shoes were made wrongly but could be recovered with an angle grinder. Hopefully their last 2 years decline will continue to recover.

I am not surprised I've received wrong item from on-line service, but surprised that staff in the shop didn't know how to return it. The process is more complicated than it should be.

Having accidentally ordered 2 air filters for my Volvo, I was told they couldn’t refund one but would have to cancel and refund the whole order and I’d need to re order the parts. I did this and they’ve sent an air filter and fuel filter for the wrong car. Not the best experience.

Unfortunately although it was an excellent offer with 50% off which I was happy to receive. However despite putting the registration number in the battery that was sent was not the correct one . It is fairly heavy duty but much smaller than the existing one with the terminal points in the wrong place. It works but it does not sit properly and could not be secured properly either . Remains to be seen how long it lasts?.

I ordered part for my car online then went to pick it up then give me wrong item went the garage said it not the right item take back and change it

Ordered 3 wiper blades. One that was delivered did not match the part number ordered. I phoned and they said the correct item was not in stock. They refunded the cost of the incorrect item.

First and foremost the website is an absolute nightmare to use,having used three of their branches for the same items albeit not very popular spares,ordered items to collect on a second request from another branch was informed they were ready to collect.Got to the branch only one in stock the website said six,as i say the website is pain to use.

The promised advertised promotion code to give discount stated it had been applied, however this did not materialize upon completion of payment. Strongly feel that this is a misrepresentation under the Sale of Goods Act

I can see you placed your order on the evening of 16/03, and you paid for a next day service, therefore you should have received your order on 18/03. Checking tracking I can see your order was loaded onto a delivery vehicle on 18/03, however was never delivered, and was delivered a day later, and a day late, on 19/03. Ordered a battery direct from the website, got confirmation email but no tracking info, emailed them directly for tracking info, no reply! Phoned them following day order has been misplaced and not dispatched :( Re ordered asked for some sort of compensation nothing offered not even AM delivery. Battery arrived happy with product and price, service not so much.
