I asked a question on line twice but I received no reply. After waiting over a week I took a chance and ordered a car battery which arrived within 3 days. So far I have had no problems with it.

Delivery came day early which was fine, we were not at home no problem as I had requested where to leave delivery, courier I assume didnt get this info as he went searching for a neighbour to leave it with. No great problem here but no point supplier asking the question then it being ignored.

I was impressed with the service from yourselves but the delivery part was a let down the delivery was 2 working days a total of 4 days late it arrived on the 5th. The outer box had been damaged and repackaged by dpd. Even after this I would try yourselves again as this may have been a one off.

I have looked into this and it appears your order was misrouted to Southampton, which caused the big delay. DPD provide an unrivaled service, and we very rarely have any issues with the handling of our goods. However I will certainly raise this instance with them. Please speak to us when you need something else and we will upgrade you to express delivery for free, and you can see how good DPD are normally. Unfortunately some parts which I ordered were the wrong ones and had to order the correct one from another dealer.

The delivery was quick and the overall price very good. However when I rang to ask a little more about the particular products they really couldn't help. I had to ring the manufacturer for information.

Although delivery was efficient the product ordered Tetrosel aerosol stopped spraying after a few sqeezes.With all the preparations being under the car etc, this was very disappionting.Thank goodnessI had a tin of Hammerite no.1 rust beater and brushed this on in replacement. I know you can not always guarantee products but will be reluctant to purchase this product again.Yours truly

Nice quick delivery of my items. However I ordered brake pads and discs for my Peugeot 307 the discs were fine but told by my garage they were wrong. They specified they were for my vehicle online. Over all I will use them again.

Please let us know if this is any different so we can investigate further. For anything urgent, we do have an express delivery option available, choosing this will guarantee you taking delivery of your order within 1-2 working days (Where products are shown as in stock). I bought a battery for my Jeep Cherokee Diesol Sport, which did not into place easily as it was supposed to. My husband had to shaffer off some of the solid base to get it to fit which was hard work and not something I wanted to happen. The website said that this was the battery for my car matching it to my reg. It works well but there was no mention that it would be difficul to fit. So beware!
