“Delivered on time, however despite me specifying my name on the order & delivery address that didn't appear on any of the delivery labels so the parcel was delayed in the internal mail, in addition the presentation box was badly damaged & the bag inside the box containing the fitting components was ripped so I'm not sure if anything is missing.”

“Good battery at a good price. Perhaps sending an acid filled battery by courier is not the best as there was slight leakage within the bag the battery was in (I have had m/cycle batteries with separate acid packs before without a problem).”

“Prompt delivery - delivery driver used common sense when leaving parcel hidden when nobody at home. Only negative point was that there was no packing in the box causing the two sprays to rattle around which could have caused damage and leakage - luckily no problem occurred.”

“WELL I WAS TOLD BY EMAIL THAT THE GOODS WILL ARRIVE THURSDAY 13/10/16. BUT IT ARRIVED NEXT DAY & I WAS OUT !! YOU MUST KEEP CUSTOMER INFORMED WITH TRANSIT.”

“Although impressed at the speed of delivery and ease of ordering I was far less impressed at the lack of any packing between items. This resulted in ALL the items outer packing arriving damaged by the two heavy 5 litre containers of oil which were included in the order. Although these items were serviceable they ALL looked very secondhand and unable to pass on to customers”

“Good service but poor packaging. Received my order with split boxes! If its a heavy item need to pack well not just put it in an other box that can not take the weight. Fixing bolts have been lost during transport but was lucky to reuse old ones. Please see attached If packaging improve could be scored 10”

“Bought rear box and rear pipe for zafira. Been pointed to fittings for those but fittings sent did not fit. It could have been a great shopping experience but it ended up with delays at the service. I should get a refund for the useless clamps.”

“Part arrived promptly, unfortunately to the WRONG address meaning it wasn't delivered to the garage and therefore hasn't been fitted yet! It was also very badly packaged (apparently even the courier was shocked). Not a great first experience so doubtful I would use again”

“I have had the wrong window wiper delivered, it doesn't actually fit my car even though I used the search engine on the website for specific parts for my car. I have not returned the item as time I have to pay for delivery again, it won't be worth my time, and also my husband slightly damaged it trying to get it to fit. The website is very easy to use, and items are at a good price. item was well packaged and delivered quickly. Other than it being the wrong part delivered everything else with the service was great!”
