“I ordered a more expensive fuel filter. On collection I was given the cheaper model but didn’t realise until I got home. Realising their mistake I called to ask for a refund. The difference was only £5 but it’s the principle. Staff didn’t have access to the online shop and so didn’t understand their mistake. They offered a refund but I had to travel all the way back to collect in person. I expect them to refund over the phone like any other normal business. I’ve kept the cheaper filter, I’m £5 out of pocket and will never shop with them again. Appalling customer service. AVOID!!”
