“The battery sold to me was described on their e-bay store as being suuitable for my car. having the small Japanese posts I expected the battery to be a little smaller than the 20 kg monster that I received. When I phoned to get a return note they mentioned that "No that won't fit". Change your website maybe! Returns are at the cost of the buyer which UPS quoted £50 for, which mean's I'd be out that and get £20 back. Guess who's going to keep the battery.”
