“The web site and the quick despatch were excellent, unfortunately the delivery needs vast improvement. At the third attempt the delivery person found the address which is one of 9 buildings in a 100m length of road. We have been receiving deliveries for 25 years at this address and never had this problem before. The package had obviously had rough treatment and split open at some stage as all the packaging of the internal components were damaged. Contents must have spilt into the van and were then trodden over, but miraculously the goods appear to be OK. Delivery driver needs to go to Specsavers!!!! Am very disappointed at my first delivery from you.”

“I ordered a car battery as my existing one was failing in the cold weather. Phil and Daniel promised next day delivery and true to their word the Yuasa battery arrived and was really packed very well. I would certainly highly recommend this company.”
