“Great company to use for getting vehicle parts and tools from. They arrived very quickly, the smaller items were packaged really well. I had a question to ask and got a straight forward, really helpful answer and when the items were being sent and when they should arrive. (what day). Good range of products to choise from across all departments, a good site to navigate around and ordering was easy.”

“Item was wrong for the car did not fit wiper blade bosch miles away . But on contact to get returns code dealt with excellent not got refund yet but was told no problem will get refund . Customer care after sales 5 stars.”

“Ordered battery for my Honda CRV using vehicle registration option on website. Battery received did not fit. However the response I received and replacement battery delivery/collection of first battery was very good.”

“I bought a battery for my Jeep Cherokee Diesol Sport, which did not into place easily as it was supposed to. My husband had to shaffer off some of the solid base to get it to fit which was hard work and not something I wanted to happen. The website said that this was the battery for my car matching it to my reg. It works well but there was no mention that it would be difficul to fit. So beware!”
