“phoned for help when I had a question about product on the website the assistant was both knowledgeable and very helpful supplying me with part numbers to order the components. Parts were dispatched and delivered speedily even over the xmas break. my needs were for exhaust pipe sections and although not manufactures own part they fitted perfectly with no complications. Will definitely use them again.”

“Quick delivery, all items were correct and undamged. I specified different delivery address to the invoice address , but parcel got delivered to the invoice address . Could have been a problem but did not cause any on this occasion.”

“Service fine! Car rechargeable LED light OK. Instructions good - red light indicates connected to socket & charging. Guidance un-nerving!! Does unit SIGNIFICANTLY drain car battery when it is connected - as the description on the packaging infers? I'm not willing to run a battery drain test!!”

“Order received complete. The exhaust pipe was not packed/wrapped for protection but apart from one small 'dink' in the box it appeared OK. Has been fitted and appears to be working fine. Would I buy from you again? Yes I would because the transaction went well.”

“Delivery of products good, however with drum brakes recently ordered there are no component parts within the box and a separate 'fitting kit' needs to be purchased only problem I found with this extra cost was the springs and bits were of no use for my M-B A class 160 (168) so it was a waste of £13.00. When overhauling drum brakes specifically the springs have already been worked over some years with possible failure during operation. Living in a village a car is essential specifically hospital appointments etc. Service good and telephone contact precise and helpful”

“I only wanted 1 European travel kit but ended up with 2 as after pressing buy button I got a message saying there was a problem with sites PayPal.I ordered a replacement and it looks like I've now got 2 kits.Can I please get this refunded if I send the second on rack? Regards”

“The company was good although the Tetroseal Easy-Sprayer was useless and did not work at all. I could not be bothered to send it back as I was so annoyed with it. The company should delete this from its range of products.”
