“placed all details I could of my sons car make ,number and model etc ,your system did not come up with exact part , so I received wrong parts. Not realised parts were from Ces which have a local branch ,so I lost money on sending parts back and acquired parts from local Ces”

“Quick delivery, all items were correct and undamged. I specified different delivery address to the invoice address , but parcel got delivered to the invoice address . Could have been a problem but did not cause any on this occasion.”

“Ordered a battery on 6th December and 2 weeks later still didn't arrive .I had to bare cost of storage as a result. Very poor customer service and poor customer care . Can't do this and that attitude. I will never shop with these lot again. If you need your order on time pl look some where else.”

“Service fine! Car rechargeable LED light OK. Instructions good - red light indicates connected to socket & charging. Guidance un-nerving!! Does unit SIGNIFICANTLY drain car battery when it is connected - as the description on the packaging infers? I'm not willing to run a battery drain test!!”
