“I like what’s on offer but didn’t find the website very easy to use. I’m assuming I’ll arrange collection nearer the time? I couldn’t find the “car” mentioned in the welcome message. In a way it’s more useful to review after I’ve received the tree in December. This is really user feedback rather than a review :)”

“I realise you are only a portal, so you are dependent on what users actually put on their fund raising site. I tried to make choices where there were alternatives, and there was nowhere obvious to do this. I paid by PayPal. The text on the payment page is unusually small, and there was an attempt to compromise my account, which I spotted.”

“I really love your site. It's easy to use with lots of ideas for gifts. I also like your newsletter. It's always interesting and a bit different. It also seems to have a socially useful function that it enables less well off individuals to contribute to a more expensive gift. I like the community spirit for example raising money for Lewisham hospital staff.”
