Okay, it works, in that notification to recipients is quick, but money can take many days to reach them, leading to minor panic as the wedding day approaches!

It was quick and easy to use. However, I don't like receiving emails using phrases like 'just a quickie', and 'take 20 seconds ...to 'High Five' us', and 'super important'. I'm a grown-up, so please stop using crass language like this - it maks me cringe and I'm sure I'm not alone in this. thanks

We are unable to give a review, as although we ordered and paid for a gift a week ago, other than a confirmation email from you, we have not heard from the recipient; either by post, email, phone call or personal visit. We cannot give a satisfactory review until we know they have received the gift. The questions below ("was your delivery on time ?" ... etc) cannot be answered by us. You should ask the recipient.

Web site poor, payment on mobile would not allow all characters, had to use laptop for proper experience. in addition, having eventually paid for an item, still shown as available. expect it will eventually show as unavailable but not good.

It was not clear that I was only buying 1 champagne flute as description on site said 4 x vintage champagne flutes. Same applued to the bud vases.

If you have a query regarding quantities or prices please contact the couple themselves and they will be able to advise you on how they have set up their page. Every single page gave me a notification pop up offering help. It's too much, I was fine and I had to close it to see underneath it.

I really struggled to understand how to access the wedding list for my cousin - technology is moving too fast! However I was eventually pleased to be able to donate an acceptable gift 😊

I don't want giving my address to be mandatory. Why bother asking when you cannot avoid ticking if you want the purchase to go through!

Site functionality is ok, however prior to or post payment there doesn’t seem to be anything informing you of how your transaction will be confirmed, e.g. a screen showing you what you just ordered, an order confirmation number, information explaining what you need to show when you arrive at a venue, a message informing you that you will receive an email (and that said email should be used for entry to the venue). Hi there, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for Patchwork. We've been really happy to have been able to support school fundraising during ongoing uncertainty and have responded to lots of feedback from schools on our platform with some brilliant site updates and improvements. Patchwork is very much a self-service and freeform platform, so individuals or schools can create unique events in a very flexible and creative way. The downside of that is that we do rely on schools and individuals to add information to their page or their communications to ensure that visitors understand what the plan is and what they need to do! So I apologise if all the information wasn't made very clear by the school, but just wanted to explain how the platform works and that it's very much within the creator's control how they use the platform, and that will differ depending on the kind of event that's being hosted. Great idea. My only issue was it didn't make it clear if the experience was for 1 or 2 persons and if we needed to order 1(for a couple) or 2 so they both had a go....
