“Good morning, Your Patchwork Gift Registry page was a first for us and appeared visually interesting and innovative. We made our choices and made payment by CCard and it is our hope that this made its way to the newlyweds. The thing is that we have no idea whether this did happen - so not sure if we need to contact the young couple themselves to find out details of their actual honeymoon arrangements/choices that they made and whether our modest contribution reached its intended destination. “I used Patchwork as a wedding guest, I really liked the fact it made the present purchase choice relevant. I did find the payment process slightly tricky and ended up doing it twice but may well have been user error in my part. Good system.”

“I absolutely love this idea and it's been a wonderful way to manage gifts that have meaning for us! The only thing I find a bit frustrating is that every transaction that comes through to our account takes a portion out. So unfortunately - despite paying a subscription - you're always missing out on the full amount your guests send you as a gift because of the amount Patchwork takes out. It feels really unfair.”

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a positive review of our service, it's much appreciated. Just to clarify - the subscription of £6 a month (with £3 of that going direct to charity) is the fee for the Patchwork service. This fee provides the platform that you build your unique wedding registry on, the gifting and messaging facility and our round the clock customer service. We partner with Stripe to process your gift money and this is a separate service. Patchwork don't charge for this, but Stripe take a very low fee of 1.4% + 20p of your gift money - so on a £100 gift Stripe will deduct £1.60. “The site did not work on Google - no pay button. On Microsoft Edge there was a pay button but when I entered my card details it told me my card number was incomplete. It definitely was. And my message did not appear on the front page. But I got an email confirming my gift.”

“Really great way to create a wedding list. Wish there could have been some more help on the tiling of the pictures and a heads up at the start that we would need to give a fee to the company that helps take the payments. Would also be an idea to have some premade pics of some of the items one might put on the list such as microwave or chest of drawers. Other than this very satisfied with the overall process and end result.”
