“Nice website but I found it a bit annoying having to hover over the picture to see what they actually wanted and the pictures being different sizes i.e. as opposed to a standard itemised John Lewis list.”

“Generally an easy to use and helpful site. The section for RSVPs could be improved where one person is responding on behalf of a family - it's rather laborious answering all the questions four times for a family of four! Perhaps you could consider a button to allow the responder to reply on behalf of a whole family/ party?”

“Found it a little confusing that when I clicked on the picture to see what we were going to buy it automatically got added to the basket, first of all looked as though we were purchasing everything. Could be made easier to use, like being able to see what the item was and the price”
