“Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. I suggest an alternative to the Ts and Cs and privacy text you expect your users to read before they can use your website. Otherwise a good website.”

“Slightly puzzled. System and format new to me, so have assumed that - rather than funding an actual option - I am choosing a value and contributing to a general fund. If this is correct, just a short explanation may help other older and less-savvy people in the future.”

Thanks so much for your review Barbara :) We have used PayPal for a number of years and added Stripe as a partner about 4 years ago. Since then we have found Stripe to be a really good payment option; both for our creators and their guests. Unfortunately PayPal was the source of frustration for some of our creators' guests and the very tiny number of negative reviews we have ever received are all because of PayPal! So in all honesty, it was a decision that we came to over a period of time to improve the payment process for everyone. That's not to say in time that we won't return to PayPal - but we do want to make sure that when we do, it's because it's a genuinely good offering for all of our users! “Very easy to use and aesthetics are lovely. My daughter used this site for her wedding list and guests have found it easy to select the gifts from the allocated wedding list and leave a personal message which they receive in an email. Lovely 😊”

“I could not find just "Funding", so I chose a present for the correct amount in the knowledge that the couple can spend the money as they wish. Nevertheless it is a slightly cumbersome process.”
