“Easy to use. Great look. Only suggestion would be to see prices of gifts on iPad or iPhone page in safari. Had to click through each picture. On laptop you saw price.”

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. The phone number details are part of the information collected by PayPal who process our payments, and are not required by us or shared with us. We always confirm orders via email and only ask for this information from our users.

“I wanted to pay using my visa debit without using paypal, the option was offered, but I couldn't make it work which is annoying”

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that you had an issue on the PayPal site - you should be able to pay with a card and we do appreciate it's frustrating when something you're offered then doesn't work. Unfortunately we can't control issues relating to our payment partners' websites but we do always offer support if users are having trouble with a payment.

“The whole concept is a fabulous idea and is a great way to give someone a gift that they will find useful. Using the website was very straightforward and my gifting went without any hitches and hence 5 out of 5.”
