“There is a lack of information on how to use the site. We wanted to add a message and spent ages trying to see how to do so - a note saying you do it at the end would help.”

“Easy to use, not so easy to pay! Would not accept my mobile number so had to use home number in end - all very frustrating having to input card details so often....nearly gave up!”
