“I love the idea. The only comment is that the images dont disappear from a home page ones you have bought them, and as they are quite unique, it is a bit disappointing to learn the gifts won’t be as those selected and bought. Still, happy to be contributing to my friends’ wedding fund! Thank you!”

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such good feedback. Creators have a lot of control over how they design and set up their pages. Some people allow patches to be funded multiple times (so that different guests can make a partial contribution to an experience) and some people set up their page so that each patch can only be purchased once. If a patch is available only once and is bought, the image will remain but will show as "sold out" I hope this helps to explain a bit more about how the service works :) Thanks for using Patchwork to give a gift and we hope to see you again soon! Hi Cameron, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback. Creators have a lot of control over how they design and set up their pages. Usually we advise our users to offer a wide range of patch prices and experiences so that there's plenty of choice for guests arriving at their page. Patches can be priced anywhere between £1 and £500 allowing a lot of scope for all budgets. You can also combine various patches to make up the amount you wish to spend. “As we were leaving the site it came up with a message saying there was a problem so we don't know if it has worked or not, any other sites always tell you if your action has been successful therefore we are very unhappy not knowing if our money has gone or not”

“The website is user friendly and easy to use. The payment section was not as easy. I did email Rosie who was quick to reply. Basically PayPal would not let me pay with a debit card as they could tell by my email that I had a PayPal account which I did not want to use. But the messages were not telling me this Not really patchworkit’s fault but made the experience frustrating.”

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate the experience on the PayPal site can occasionally be frustrating if you are not using a PayPal account to pay. We do offer couples an additional payment option but it is the choice of the gift list creator whether they choose to add it or not.
