“Really awkward to use on android, going back using button on phone takes you out of website. Really unclear to users whether you are buying the thing as some things say sold out and when paying towards one thing even the full amount it doesn't say sold out. Very confusing and not intuitive.”

“The site did not work on Google - no pay button. On Microsoft Edge there was a pay button but when I entered my card details it told me my card number was incomplete. It definitely was. And my message did not appear on the front page. But I got an email confirming my gift.”
