“It seemed to be more difficult to use from a foreign address outside the UK. How are you going to manage post Brexit?”

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. We use global partners PayPal and Stripe for all our payment processing, and we therefore enable our creators to receive cash contributions easily and securely from friends and family all over the world. There may have been a specific issue with your payment on this occasion but we would like to assure you that we are already borderless and although Brexit is not something we are looking forward to, it won't affect our ability to process payments in the UK, Europe and across the globe.

“It was great to see photos of the gift experience & to hear it described in the couple’s own words. It made it more personal this way. And it’s nice to not have to search for the prices, which makes it easy to zero in on your price point. Because it’s international it would have been helpful to have the price displayed in our own currency as well.”

Currency is set by the list holder in the currency that they are collecting in, but yes, we are completely international and all conversions will be done by your bank during the payment process.
