“Well presented and inviting page. Fab idea. 4 stars because - i'm still unclear as to how much I've contributed to each item. If the amount shown on each item is only part of the total needed for it, I would prefer that to be more upfront. Also, as an analogue user I spent ages clicking on the 'got it' box on the intro page. I'm also hoping that the coloured dots on the reviews don't indicate anything because that would be utterly ghastly!! Minor tweaks though.”

Thanks so much for our review. In response to your helpful feedback, It is completely up to the creator (your friend) how upfront they would like to be about who is buying what and how much of each gift you have contributed towards. If you mean the coloured dots on the messages, no, they have no meaning - just pretty colours in place of a photo of you if you decided not to post one! I hope this is reassuring. Patchwork

“Patchwork enabled us to have our dream Honeymoon and allowed our friends and family to buy the exact wedding gifts we wanted. It was extremely easy to set up and was easy for friends and family to donate.”

“It would have been nice to have the option to part fund one of the more expensive items on the list. Either that or the ability to just give an amount for them to then allocate towards an item of their choice.”

“I am not sure if this only works in Germany, or if this model of sharing whishes is global. In my case it was very convenient. It is a big advantage to be sure to have the right present for a friend.”

“I think it's a great idea and the customer service was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was there were no quantities on the wedding list I bought for, so I had no idea how many of something the couple wanted. This would be really useful.”
