“I did have trouble with the link on Instagram. My basket had 5 items in it but when I clicked on basket it said empty. Once I opened in Safari it worked a treat 💙”

Hi Louise, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry that you had an issue on the PayPal site whilst checking out with a card. The "pay as a guest form" on the PayPal website does include quite a lot of detail and we appreciate this isn't the quickest or easiest checkout. For future reference, we do offer a very simple and fast checkout via card with our alternative payment partner Stripe - it seems as though your friends didn't choose to link it on their Patchwork, which is a shame, but it is available to all our customers as an alternative to PayPal.
