I’m writing to you to let you know I haven’t received my order as yet order number 64076 placed on 24/ 10/2023 I am growing concerned that something may be amiss as this is the first time I have purchased one of your products I am unfamiliar with the length of time it takes for the order to arrive I would appreciate your attention to this issue

“3 star, only because I have just received. Service very good, delivery only a few days, so good. I think it will take a few days for me to go from previous back support to this, it does feel good, firm but ok. Maybe a couple adjustments to the side supports and positioning in my office chair against my back. It looks thicker on website, so actually thought I would sink into it a little bit more. I clearly labelled to be delivered to our Reception and not warehouse, but courier driver left at Warehouse. Due to COVID parcels are left at front of warehouse, where anyone could have taken.”

“Received the item with missing middle bar and a basket on Thursday 14 of January. Send an email and said will get back to me but until now, never heard from your office.”
“The service was reasonable however the Hot Water Jug that I purchased for my mother is not as good a quality that I would recommend for a senior citizen. I found the plastic surround on the base very flimsy.”

“My first order had to phone Patient Handling as no advice was given on a delivery date . The lady in the office was able to locate the article I was ordering . So received my first order which was a 6inch toilet seat raiser . I have since ordered a 4inch toilet seat raiser as I found the 6inch was a tad high . But again no response as to when I will get delivery of my second purchase .”
