“Pawfect. My fave products are the Laundry Liquid and the Enzyme & Odour Spray. Both have a great neutral fragrance and work so well. Use the odour spray daily on dog beds/blankets and human furniture too. It was particularly useful during wet weather in Qld. We all know damp dogs can get smelly. The fact they are eco friendly is a bonus. Highly recommend. Love the door mats too.”

“After using several products previously on an old cat urine stain to our timber floors, nothing worked. That’s until I came across PetLab!! This product (EN Zyme) is incredible. Not only has it removed the stain, there is also absolutely no odour. Finally, no more cat urine smell in the house. I’ve also purchased the laundry powder to use for washing the dog blankets. It’s equally as good.”

“I love your floor cleaner/deodoriser works very well. The air fresh is also good, the carpet cleaner didn’t work on my carpets in carpet cleaner for wet dog smell, it only masked it for a day then the smell returned before I let the dogs back in the house.”

“Wow, such quality! Feels lovely underfoot, plush, non slip bottom for smooth surfaces, weighty & cute paw print. Super happy with the purchase of XL & L, also bought other items Enzyme, Healthy Habits & Odour Sprays, great to have on hand & have been using religously as the pups are still babies & learning. Keen to see how we go with water, dirt & mud on the mats. So far highly recommended. A+”

“I was tossing up between initially buying from petLab or Trueeco, but I’m glad to say I chose PetLab, not only are their prices more friendlier but as cat breeders we have spent a lot of money in the past on cat urine odour removal and petlab’s products have been the first to work. Completely amazed to see our cats not urinating in the same area as before since using the urine and stain remover. Highly recommend.”

Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback to us, Just to clarify, PetLab isn't a deterrent or repellent—it's a powerful cleaning solution. Our enzyme formula targets and eliminates odours right at the source by breaking down and digesting the uric acid crystals that cause those nasty smells. While removing these odours can help prevent your pet from returning to the same spot, sometimes the problem is behavioural, and a bit more training might be needed.

“It’s smells nice and masks any smell for a while. Has not stopped the pets re-soiling however: The artificial grass enzyme cleaner and disinfectant work well to remove smells”

“I'm so glad I decided to try pet lab products, not only have the old pee stains lifted from my lino floor, but my rug also is smelling divine when my old pooch wets herself. I'm also using it on my lounge that my old kitty loves to use if I don't clean her kitty box to her liking. Gone are the days of scrubbing different areas with different products that don't work, now I just spray and walk away. So easy and my house now smells beautiful . Thank you pet lab”

“I have a little toy poodle who is now 6 months old. I got her when she was just 9 weeks, and let me tell you, she has a strong personality! She often refuses to go to the toilet outside, especially in cold weather. That’s when I discovered Petlab, and it has proven to be the best product I’ve ever used for cleaning up her accidents on my rugs. I simply dampen a cloth and absorb what I can and then spray Petlab over the spot where she peed, and it absorbs everything while leaving a fresh scent. Plus, it contains disinfectant, so my puppy doesn’t repeat her mistakes in the same area. Every morning, she goes outside first thing to do her business, and I make it a point to take her out every half hour to reinforce her training. Petlab is a fantastic product, and I’m giving it 5 stars because it works exactly as promised!”

“Fantastic product, I have tried so many out there and the enzyme breaker truly was the one. Noticeable difference in deep carpet, smell practically gone. My old pooch is still insisting on weeing so I will try the new habit. 4 stars because it’s a bit expensive!”

“Good product without being over powering. Nice subtle smell. It didn’t take away old stains. Ran out within a week. Guess I need to get more and persevere with the old stains.”
