“We got the PetLab 5L Artificial Grass / Outdoor Area Ready To Use Formula Duo Pack – Heavily Soiled Areas bundle, and it works amazingly! We’ve tried other products before, but nothing has tackled the smell and mess quite like this one. It’s super easy to use and leaves our outdoor area fresh and clean. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with pet messes on artificial grass!”

“We have a 9 year old German Shep who has had hip operations and we were very concerned about him slipping on our cold tiles during winter. We purchased the large shaggy mats with the rubber backing and they have worked a treat. He is getting up much easier, the rug holds its position on the floor and he doesn’t slip and slide around the place. We started with one but now we have multiple as we know they help keep him safe from slipping, keeps the dirt from entering the house and also dries his paws as he walks through. They wash up a treat and also look great in our home. Yes there are cheap copies out there (trust me I tried them first) but once these arrive you can see instantly the quality, the weight and the size are totally superior to anything else on the market. 5 stars from me guys (and duke) Thankyou.”

“Treated our large space of backyard artificial grass with the 2L hose on enzymatic turf cleaner one day then the 2L deodorising solution the next day. The 2 L bottles of hose on concentrate were great and were sufficient for the approximately 300sqm of our backyard. Our yard has been smelling quite bad as we have had minimal rain for months and have 2 large dogs continually in the area. I have tried another product in the past but it was expensive and not a convenient hose on product. It didn't really work. Thankfully we eventually had a couple of days of significant rain to help wash the grass a bit cleaner so I took the chance to spray the yard. The turf is old and flattened so am unable to rake it to allow better penetration of the product. Both products spray on fairly quickly and smell nice. The turf has been odour free for several days but I think there is still now some minor residual odour returning. This is most likely due to us trying to treat turf that has been down for many years, with many years of dogs peeing on it! Plus being unable to rack up the grass doesn't allow full penetration. While I like the product it is very expensive to use on a large area as often as the company recommends. Having a lower subscription price and discount offers helps a bit. I will continue to use it occasionally over summer only to keep the cost down. It does work, smells good and hose on 2L packages are excellent for large areas.”

“Great product, could not get the smell of cat urine out of my stone floor for ages until I tried their Urine Stain & Odour Remover. I also used it on my litter trays too allowing me to wash them less frequently. They also have great customer service and took the time to really help me get the best use out of it. Stench has now gone!”

“I have been using Petlab products for almost 3 years now and each one works brilliantly from the lovely fresh aroma it leaves and how it breaks down whatever mess your dog leaves behind. I use the eco laundry liquid everyday to wash my reusable pee pads and it works a treat! Eco Carpet Cleaner is another favourite leaves behind a beautiful fragrance eliminating any doggie accident or pet smell. Also use urine stain and odour remover hands down best product just wipe up, spray leaves a few minutes and wash and your floor will be clean and eliminate all smell. Do yourself a favour and try the petlab products.”

“So far so good. We’ve only been using pet lab products for a short while but so far we are ultra impressed with the stain and odour remover 2lt bottle. Super easy to use and really effective at killing off those horrible pet smells. Love the vanilla scent. Will be starting to use more products around the home”

“Really good product. First cleaner we have found that doesn't just mask the smell. We use on our fake grass on the balcony. I just spray on each morning and we rinse away every couple of days and bleach once per week and it all seems to work well.”

“This stuff delivers! I’ve used the urine and stain odour remover for years. The small concentrated bottle lasted ages and lifts even stubborn smells (which other products can’t do!). Recently bought the carpet cleaner, and that’s sensational ; deeply cleans and does it in the first go. Excellent products.”
