PayPal paid a seller a higher price without my permission, consent, or knowledge at the sellers request. And refused to address the issue, only to tell me the seller can authorize price unilaterally negotiating with PayPal to charge more than the original ordered price. And I the purchaser has to pay any price despite the fact I never was contacted or consented any price increase

Actual joke of a company, i made a payment with a gbp card, for a gbp item, and they charged me in usd and therefore the currency fees. They do this all the time for some reason but it used to be pennies so i didnt mind. However i went into settings to try and change it, but still for the item i just bought they did the same thing again. Cowboy company who do this to make money. I called them up and they had the cheek to blame ebay, and then my bank. When i sent them proof, they ignored it. No point speaking to them either. Never using them again.

I use my account for receiving money only. All of the sudden I had a direct debit from my bank account to a Tiktok shop. I placed a dispute as required and they came back immediately and said nope it's authorized based on our research. So I called and talked to a person her name was Rona first she said nope it's authorized and I explained to her that I've never used my account for any debits and she told me she would refund the charge and it was all settled. I didn't get an email right away and then it was Christmas and I chatted again today asking about my refund. I was told she never put it in the computer that I was getting a refund and that is still posted as an authorized charge. If I want to do anything further they can reopen the case and dispute it with the seller and then they're asking me what goods or services I received. I told them I don't even know if it's good or services because I don't know what it is it's an unauthorized charge. They have been stringing me along for over a week and I am so done. I would never recommend PayPal to anyone. They say they protect you from exactly the situation but they do not. It is unbelievable.

I have only been on PayPal for less than a week and I already hate this site. They delayed a payment five days and I’m still not sure if it’s not pending because I can’t get a direct answer from PayPal. I can’t contact the seller because they say that the payment still pending. I have never had such a lousy experience in my life and I don’t even know why I signed up for PayPal but I can tell you this I think it stinks. It’s horrible and there’s nothing more I can say negatively about PayPal. I don’t know why anybody would use this. I’m thoroughly disgusted.

They are getting worst day by day !!!! please find following most shocking and basic blunders that Paypal makes 1. Gives successful payment status in API and then suddenly change it with status "pending " and deduct payment from our account after 8 to 15 month without any intimation or update on API and Portal 2. Many customer witnessed that they can make payment via debit card where they dont have balance in account and gives successful payment but later papal deduct payment from our account, Why the hell they are giving successful status with reference ID 3. Now this is ridiculous if your are meeting criteria of big business they will assign you the Relation Ship Manager where you can only talk with him on email and can not connect on normal customer care , Its sucks where you are getting lessor service in the name of RM . However if you are normal customer with less turnover you can call to customer care and gets good treatment ., Lost more than 6000 Pound only due to error of paypal. Go for stripe where account activation is difficult but they are very professional

Takes over 20 days to credit payments to account when they get payments wire transferred NO WHERE IN US THIS SLOW TO PROCESS PAYMENTS STAY AWAY ACCOUNTING WILL NOT ANSWER ANY REQUEST EITHER AS WELL VERY VERY POOR AND SLOW. STAY AWAY FAIR WARNING FOR ALL!

I wish I could give zero stars. Our insurance company paid out our claim for a new roof via PayPal. We were having issues transferring the money from PayPal into our checking so we could pay the contractor, so I called and spoke with three different representatives, one of those being a supervisor. They helped me link our checking account and when we transferred the money, a 250 fee was applied at the last minute… not one person told me there was going to be a fee associated with the transfer. So when I asked why this was, they told me it was because our account was set up in the Dominican Republic. Which we went there for our honeymoon almost four years ago. So to recap, almost four years went by of them having us in the Dominican Republic when we live in the US. All because I set up the account while we were on our honey moon. So NOW I’m out an extra 250 dollars right before the holidays and while we’re scraping money together to go through our second round of IVF. The supervisor was useless. We closed our account and will NEVER use PayPal again. I’m going to make sure to post about this everywhere I can to warn everyone about how crappy of a company this really is.

PayPal has an online assistant that does not answer questions correctly. I have been asking to be reimbursed by PayPal for a fraudulent company, and they have not helped at all. They keep giving me bogus tracking numbers. I'm never going to trust PayPal again.

Terrible service, has to ask same question three times before the penny dropped and they took ownership of the problem they caused, closed my account once issue was resolved,worse days lie ahead for customers

I've been using PayPal for auto payments to subscriptions for Apps needed for my business. I chose to use PayPal because they are supposed to be great in dealing with scams and hacks - THEY ARE NOT. I have 2 subscriptions with a company that total about $80/month. Yesterday I received a notification that a payment of $420 was made to that company. I have never purchased anything for that sum of money to be taken out at one time. Since payments have been going thru PayPal for this company, PayPal automatically decided that all transactions with that company are "authorized". Customer service is as useless as teets on a hog. They have done nothing but deny me no matter how much proof I provide. The email address PayPal provided me with to contact the company they sent the money to is not valid per that company. There is no record with that company that I owed or have paid that money. The money went somewhere, but no-one can tell me where.

Paypal support is the worst I've ever dealt with. They tied up my money for weeks saying the money was at coinbase when in fact the transaction had been cancelled and it was sitting in my account at paypal the whole time. I finally had to go through my BOA account to get the money back. Once I did that, the money was back in my account in seconds. Too bad their support people can't be bothered to even look at my account or they would have seen the repeat button under the transaction because it didn't go through. Closing account I refuse to do business with a company with a that offers such unresponsive and can't be bothered support.

I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. A few weeks later I got a mail from them requesting that i should invest more money if I want to withdraw my money which i rejected, and I never heard from them again that was when I knew I’m about being screwed. i was really devastated at those moment and felt so bad that my hard earned money was gone. After some months I came across a lot of testimonies on the web on how Lisa Elizabeth had helped many people recovered their stolen, scammed or duped money on bitcoin or any other form in digital currency. I contacted them and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the company i invested with which I provided. The result was amazing I recovered all my Lost funds back within a space of 73 hours I was so happy as I never believe I could get my money back. Pay in three is a scam, most of the time it doesn't work and when it does work you get refused plus why does it always say my address is wrong when clearly it isn't.

Paypal processes invoices from truthfinder.com, which fraudulently scams multiple monthly payments from victims without any prior communication. Paypal helps enable this scam and refuses to help victims recover their money. I'd give Paypal negative stars if it was possible.

PayPal has been getting worse and worse every day and now you have commercials with an idiot named Will Ferrell. I have stopped using PayPal and never will again. This is a typical company that started out great and is now an insult to the human race. And he used Will Ferrell as your spokesperson really shows how ridiculous the corporate world is by picking idiots to represent them. Will Ferrell is the most obnoxious human being that lives. Let’s see how long it takes before you go out of business.

Instead of putting money from PayPal to my bank. They took from my bank to put in PayPal. And then sat on it a week. Bad business. Do not use
