“I have booked ticket via Paytm bus and i trusted Paytm bus services but when I get in bus i was surprised that my seat was covered buy bus seat cover and there bedshit on my seat i have complain bus driver but there was no action buy bus driver then bus driver charge me extra luggage worth 2000 and not givin any bill of 2000 and for 14hrs i was not comfortable at all when I am complaining to Paytm bus they are not taking any action again then from 1 month i am complaining Paytm but no needful help I THINK WE SHOULD NO TRUST PAYTM”

“PayTM deactivated my wallet a few weeks ago citing expiry of eKYC. Now not returning wallet money. Been pulling my hair for last three weeks to no avail- no official email channel(closed); always redirected to the app which is designed to cheat; raised several tickets which are all closed unilaterally and arbitrarily after giving idiotic replies; phone officers are more difficult to connect than God and then they take you on a 'catch me if u can trip' transferring your call to different departments and you having to hold the line for several tens of minutes. It is evident that PayTM is preparing to cheat several million wallet customers of their residual wallet amounts so targeting stealing billions while ''desh ka kanoon'' (law enforcement) sleeps. PayTM is totally untrustworthy, please close your respective accounts in PayTM. Another toxic company with bad intentions in digital space. Hope the perpetrators rot in jail. Take heed ...dump this company or else you will lose money, data or both. And peace of mind like me ...a retired senior citizen who is incensed at this day light robbery. Even though amount is - some would say- nominal but I fume because of the audacity with which this company is cheating hapless citizens.”

“This is to report the error in the paytm app while doing payment through upi by scan.on 21 jan eve I made payment to street vendor through scan at rrnagar location after tht on 22 jan I made one more transaction with other street vendor by same mode upi payment with scan at rrnagar location .on 23rd I went to indranagar after the purchase I scanned for the qrcode instead of taking the qr code of particular shop it took the qrcode of street vendor with whom I have done transaction on 21th jan at rrnagara without validating I paid it's an error in paytm app but customer care people asked me to resolve the issue on own they told to check with the street vendor or goto bank associates with my upi when the issue is with your app why the customer should suffer it's your responsibility to resolve the issue .how the hell it took the qrcode of previous history.”

“My account was closed for no reason. Kuch done on12 June but after simant attempts foreplay received. Now let it be closed. We are no more interested to keep this app alive.”

“For Domino Pizza, there is a Paytm cash back offer mentioned....In T&C it is mentioned as cash back only, but actually post payment I was shocked to see some points getting added and NOT the cash back....It us a pure CHEATING....Points received are of low value, you cannot even bye a pencil for those points....Shame on Paytm”

“Very bad service. I registered complaints on 16may 2021 for bus ticket refund amount. They didn't refund me me till now. Total 20 day completed bt they didn't refund my amount. Very cheap n very very bad service.”

“Customer service is very bad... Agency peoples also mr. Tamilmaran and other also tell lie and sell the Paytm mechine... Don't buy Paytm mechine.... He fool u... This month starting itself I cancel the mechine... Still now no response and not receive the mechine...”

“COMPLAIN ID 182943344....WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE from over a month they r asking us to just wait for seven days? It's not coming to an end. Customer service saying not authorised to give anytime. Only wait.”

“I had to KYC update but for that my my old paytm account should be closed since I can't use the same documents again. So I got to speak to customer care agent after I had to wait for 20mins, first agent themselves are stupid to ask me the same questions again and again which I have answered and repeated multiple times since for this simple job they kept transferring my call to different agents and that's too again after waiting for almost half an hour on phone. I had submitted all important documents as they requested but no help yet! It's been more than a week now, over that I pressed the button to block my old no.account which I have lost long ago but they blocked my current account and email. If I knew the customer service is disaster for paytm I would have never added amount to my account and suffer like today. Over that they ask mam any other problem that they can help with, I m like sir please solve the first problem atleast!”

“I booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Jaipur. I called the bus operator before scheduled departure. He gave wrong information about the bus. Unfortunately I had already paid for the journey i didn't even travel. Worst customer care, they put calls on hold for long. They didn't even listen to queries. Extremely disappointed.”

“Not sure how paytm is found in every grocery store for payments. As an individual I am finding trouble to login. I just tried to enter my account for funds transfer and it has registered it permanently with UPI. This is a scary app. Now it doesnt allow me to login. Says client_id unknown. I am uninstalling this app. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE”
