“Super fast dispatch, only to be delayed by Royal Mail unbelievably not being able to deal with 3 back to back storms (JOKIN!). The packaging was definitely storm proof too, so a great attentive/quality service.”

“The Pediwear site was intuitive and easy to use. The sheer number of search filters was magnificent. Even though I’m across the pond, the boots shipped quickly. Included in the package were some complimentary polish and a shoe horn, which were a lovely touch. And I’ve no complaints with my gorgeous Sanders Jodhpurs, either with fit or with price!”

We are very concerned to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. If there was some damage during transit, this is a very rare occurrence. However, this is our responsibility and we are very sorry to hear that our courier has failed to deliver the parcel safely.
